I'm an athlete. I compete in cardiovascular taxing sports and could run for ages without getting tired

I'm a fitness fanatic. I go on regular runs or play sports often. I'm agile and enjoy getting a sweat on.

I play sports/am active a few times a week. Other than that I live quite a sedentary life

I walk often and try to move my body as much as I can, but I do no proper exercise

I used to be a very fit individual but recently I've fallen off and want to get back into it

I'm a couch potato. I don't exercise at all but really want to get into it.

Gym and Training Experience

I have been training for many years. I just need some more expert coaching to break through plateaus

I have trained on and off for years but have never followed a structured plan for an extensive period of time

I go gym regularly but I don't really know what I'm doing

I train outside of a gym (e.g. at home) but don't have much experience inside a proper gym

I only use machines and smaller equipment away from the big weights

I've been going gym for a few months and would like to get more serious

I only attend fitness classes at the gym
